Using this website

This website introduces Astra Digital Agency and its digital services for individuals, creators and businesses. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or submit malicious material.

Enquiries and project agreements

An enquiry starts a conversation; it is not an accepted booking, purchase or agreement to deliver a service. Before work begins, the relevant scope, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities and any ongoing support arrangements need to be agreed.

Availability and suitability depend on the individual request. Changes to a project, third-party charges and any cancellation arrangements should be addressed in the project agreement. This website does not take payments.

Examples and demonstrations

Illustrative imagery, sample interfaces and example workflows show creative directions or possibilities. They are not evidence of completed client work. Project illustrations are conceptual artwork, not screenshots or promises of particular product features. Media is playable only where an actual player and media file are supplied; unavailable video and voice demonstrations are identified.

AI outputs can be inaccurate and require appropriate human review. General website content does not replace advice tailored to a particular legal, financial, security or technical situation.

Materials and permissions

Do not submit content you have no right to share. Any use of a person’s likeness, voice, private information or third-party intellectual property requires appropriate permission. Rights to project deliverables, source files, licences and third-party materials should be set out in the agreed scope.

Website branding and original material belong to Astra or the relevant rights holders. Viewing the website does not grant a licence to reuse that material commercially.

Products and external websites

Apollo Website Builder, Nova Digital Log and Atlas Databank are distinct creations of Astra Digital Agency. Their official websites provide their own information. Following a link does not constitute a purchase, and these pages do not promise product availability or commercial results.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any separate service agreement must respect those rights.

Availability and questions

Services, examples and website functions may change or be temporarily unavailable. The Contact page identifies whether online enquiries are available. For questions about a proposed project or these terms, contact Astra through the available enquiry channel.
