PRIVACY POLICY
Your information.
Handled with care.
How information is handled when you visit this website or contact Astra Digital Agency.

Who this policy covers
This policy explains the information handling of the Astra Digital Agency website. Websites linked from this site, including Apollo Website Builder, Nova Digital Log and Atlas Databank, may have their own information practices and terms.
Information from enquiries
When online enquiries are available, the form requests your name, email address, enquiry category, whether the enquiry is personal or business related, and your message. These details are used to assess the request, respond by email and discuss any work you choose to pursue. There is no requirement to provide a phone number.
The Contact page states whether submissions are available. If submission is unavailable, the form does not accept or send your details. Please do not include passwords, financial account information, identity documents or sensitive personal records in a general enquiry.
Delivery and security
The enquiry service uses the website's email delivery system to send your enquiry to Astra when online submissions are available. The email delivery provider processes your enquiry so it can be delivered and replied to.
The site uses HTTPS. Submission handling limits message size, checks the sending origin, validates fields, uses an empty hidden field to reject automated submissions and limits repeated requests. Delivery references, request fingerprints and rate-limit identifiers may be kept briefly to prevent duplicates and abuse; the application does not retain enquiry message bodies in its abuse-prevention files. A delivery reference confirms acceptance for email delivery, not that a person has read the message.
Hosting and service providers
The hosting provider, server software and email delivery provider may process connection details, technical logs and enquiry information as needed to operate, protect and deliver messages from this website. These providers may process data outside Australia, so provider locations should be considered before sending sensitive information.
Cookies, local storage and examples
Astra has not added advertising trackers or analytics to this website. Fonts, images and the instrumental audio sample are served with the site. The assistant sample uses predetermined replies, and the personal library uses sample records without saving them. These examples do not connect to your personal accounts.
Use, retention and access
Enquiry information is intended for responding to the request and any agreed follow-up, not automatic subscription to a mailing list. Access should be restricted to people and providers who need it for that purpose. Correspondence may need to be retained for the enquiry, an agreed project or legal record-keeping, and should be removed when it is no longer needed.
You can request access to or correction of information you have provided, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern with Astra through the available contact channel. Include enough context to locate the relevant correspondence, without sending additional sensitive information. The Contact page shows the current availability of that channel.
Privacy questions and complaints
Astra will consider privacy concerns and explain any action taken or why a request cannot be met. If you remain concerned, information about Australian privacy rights and complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
This page will be updated when the website’s information handling changes. The date above identifies the current version.
